No Contracts

 

Yes, we said it! We feel that for any reason, if you are unsatisfied, a piece of paper will not keep you as a customer. The only thing you will sign with us is the agreement of our fee structure, giving you the comfort of knowing you are free to stop the process at any time, for any reason.

 

3D Modeling

 

We offer the latest in computer aided drafting and design software with full 3d modeling and rendering. We can rotate your home in a colorful 3d model giving you a full visual before you build. We can even show your home in Google Earth!

 

 

No Copyrights

 

Most home designers and architectural firms will retain full copyrights to all of their designs. Although we also could retain full copyright, we have chosen not to, giving you the freedom to use your new home design for whatever purpose you wish.

 

Structural background

 

We staff only the best, educated in the “structural” field. Draftsman & Designers who have a real background in building a home, possessing a deep understanding of engineering principals, beam and floor calculations, geometry and math. This enables our plans to receive permit approval the first time. More importantly, we incorporate “value engineering” which will lower your building cost.
